Mountain Ranch, CA…We attended the Butte Fire Mountain Ranch Community Meeting at ground zero of much of the destruction of the Butte Fire. It is also where you see a great outpouring of community spirit helping those who have lost so much to start working their way back to normalcy. Our video picks up just after Cal-Fire had given their update and where community members talk of their efforts and needs. Similar subject matter as the San Andreas meeting but now details are being fleshed out and next week actual work starts on debris and hazardous materials removal starts. We saw several local contractors there speaking with CalRecyle reps and getting things lined up so they can help with the big clean up before the rebuilding can begin.
