Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Team Recap November 3, 2020

San Andreas, CA…On October 28th, 2020, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Unit served a search warrant for illegal marijuana cultivation in the 6000 block of Sesame Street in Mokelumne Hill. Deputies seized 220 growing marijuana plants with an estimated value exceeding $154,000. Additionally, over 8 pounds of processed marijuana and various amounts of methamphetamine, cocaine, and Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) were located and seized. Two suspects initially fled the scene on foot but were apprehended by deputies and were placed under arrest. One additional suspect was issued a citation.

Nicholas Dale Isaacs, age 24 of Indian Harbor Beach, Florida, and Phillipe Isaac Sanchez, age 35, was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on charges of 11358 H&S Illegal Marijuana Cultivation, 11359 H&S Possession of Marijuana for Sale, 11366.5 H&S Maintaining a Premises for Controlled Substance Sales, 148 PC Resist or Obstruct a Police Officer, 182 PC Conspiracy to Commit Crime.

Kyle Sharp, age 32 of Florida, was issued a citation for 11358 H&S Illegal Marijuana Cultivation, 11359 H&S Possession of Marijuana for Sale, 11366.5 H&S Maintaining a Premises for Controlled Substance Sales, 182 PC Conspiracy to Commit Crime.

Evidence was collected at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
