Bear Valley, CA…Hey Good People! 4″ of new snow has fallen as of 5am. The system certainly slowed down yesterday afternoon and brought lower amounts than expected. The warm front has all but headed East and cold air will move into the area this morning bringing the temp down to 20F by mid morning. The overnight temps hovered around 32F until 1pm then it started to dive to 25F currently so we’ll see a possible 3-5″ of new snow to fall today but as last nights totals were lower I expect the snowfall today to be on the lower end too. Clearing skies by this evening will give way to clear and dry weather as we move into the weekend. Some gusty winds into the 20’s will remain today before the gradient loosens up a bit and a slight increase in daytime temps for the next 5 days.
Make sure to follow California guidelines and our area safe COVID-19 practices. Check out our webpage for more info, stay safe, remember to keep 6ft of distancing and wear a mask while here at the resort.
Cheers,
Mattly
