Camp Connell, CA…We just checked in the San Andreas CHP and they will be doing a hard closure of Hwy 4 at Meko Dr. for snow removal. They said Hwy 4 was down to one lane and becoming unsafe until Caltrans can get back ahead of the snow loads. No exact time for reopening.
