Arnold, CA…This is our Morning Chain Control Update. This highway information is the latest reported by Caltrans as of Friday, January 29th, 2021 at 07:15 AM. Some of the changes since last night are that the controls have been lowered to Murpys and Soulsbyville on Hwys 4 & 108. Hwy 88 remains closed before Kirkwood and the controls have been lifted on Hwy 26 so you will no longer need to chain up to get to West Point from Mokelumne Hill. Full details are below…
