Calaveras County, CA… The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct one-way traffic control next week while performing bridge maintenance. Work will be conducted as follows: STATE ROUTE 4: From the Old Highway Connector (end of bypass) to Red Hill Road from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. beginning Monday, May 3 through Wednesday, May 5, 2021. STATE ROUTE 26: From Railroad Flat Road to Barney Way from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday, May 3 through Wednesday, May 5, 2021.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays at these locations. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
