Consistent with the Executive Order, Board members may elect to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were physically present.

Your comment will be included in the meeting minutes, and it will be forwarded to the Board prior to the meeting. It will not be read during the meeting. Time limits shall be the discretion of the Chair.
