Eugene, CA…A busy day for CAL FIRE Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit with 38 calls for service have been received since midnight. One of which was to assist with the #DuntonFire, a commercial ~30,000 sq ft poultry barn fire near Milton Rd. and Dunton Rd. (Stanislaus County) Efforts to extinguish this fire from surrounding departments include Stanislaus Consolidated Fire, Modesto Fire , Copperopolis Fire, Collegeville Fire, Clements Fire , Farmington Fire, and the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office.

As firefighters aggressively engage in structure fire mitigation they periodically need to “rehab” their hydration, cool off, and change their SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) bottle, as seen here.
