Rancho Calaveras, CA…Calaveras Consolidated Fire, CalFire, San Andreas Fire, and Mokelumne Hill Fire responded to a residential structure fire in Rancho Calaveras this evening. The first arriving company reporting heavy fire conditions on the second floor (from the front of home) with fire in the attic. Firefighters were able to get control of the fire with significant damage inside. There was no extension to the vegetation.

The occupants were home at the time of the fire, and we’re out of the home on our arrival. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by Calaveras Consolidated.
