Alpine County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has projects planned on State Route (SR) 88 and SR-207 next week in Alpine County.
Work is scheduled to occur as follows:
State Route 88
• Crews will conduct drainage work from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14 through Friday, June 18, 2021 between Woods Lake Road and the entrance to Meiss Meadows east of Caples Lake.
State Route 207
• Preliminary work for a repaving project will start on Wednesday, June 16 through Friday, June 18, 2021 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from SR-4 to the end of the route at Mt. Reba Resort in Bear Valley.
Motorists should expect 10-minute delays.
Work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
