Calaveras County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform drainage, guardrail and utility work on State Route (SR) 4 and SR-26 next week. Work is scheduled to be conducted as follows:
State Route 4
• Crews will conduct drainage work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14 to Thursday, June 17, 2021 between Lakemont Drive and Lilac Drive in Arnold.
• Guardrail work will take place from 6:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16 to Friday, June 18, 2021 at Ganns Meadows Drive to the Calaveras/Alpine County line in Bear Valley.
State Route 26
• Crews will perform utility work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 14 to Friday, June 18, 2021 between Barney Way and Niderost Lane in West Point.
One-way traffic control will be used at these locations. Motorists should expect 10-minute delays. This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
