Amador County, CA… Eligibility for this clinic includes people 12 years & older (Pfizer vaccine) and 18 years & older (Moderna vaccine) Walk-ins are welcome between 10 AM & 12 PM.

The clinic will be held at Health & Human Services located at 10877 Conductor Blvd, Sutter Creek, CA 95685. Drive around to the BACK of the building and park in the back parking lot.
