5.	1) Accept the work of Staples Construction for the construction of the Department of Public Works’ Equipment Service Center Exhaust System as complete; 2) Authorize the Board Chair to sign and record the associated Notice of Completion; and 3) Authorize the County Administrative Office to make final payment to the construction contractor releasing all retained funds.
