Angels Camp, CA…A San Andreas man was driving his fully loaded cement truck southbound on SR-49 north of the Tuolumne County Line. As he entered a curve in the roadway he was unable to maintain control of the truck and due to the unsafe speed of his vehicle it overturned onto the drivers side, pinning the driver in the cab. The driver was extricated from the truck by fire personnel and flown from the scene by life flight. None of the load spilled and the roadway was closed from 1:50 pm to 5:30 pm to upright the vehicle…
