Arnold, CA…The Community owes a debt of gratitude to long serving Arnold Librarian Fran Devlin who is retiring today. For many, many years Fran has been helping out in the community not only at the Arnold Library but anywhere else that needed a helping hand. She as sold her home her and plans on spending a bit more time traveling and in warmer climes such as Hawaii.
