Valley Springs, CA…Hogan Dam Road (Valley Springs) will be closed to through traffic between Palomino Ridge Road and Eagle Ranch Road on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. The closure will take place between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM for the replacement of a power pole. Through traffic will be required to use an alternate route.
