Jackson, CA…The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians is proud to support this year’s Matt Scott Racing/Amador County Sheriff’s Department Holiday Toy Drive with a $20,000 donation to help families in need in Amador County. “On behalf of the Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians, it is an honor to have the ability to support this year’s Holiday Toy Drive,” said Crystal Jack, CEO of Jackson Rancheria. “The Tribe is committed to coming together to support the community and we are hopeful that this contribution will make the holiday season brighter for families in need. “We are so thankful for this generous donation and look forward to making this a memorable holiday for the children of our community. If you are able to, please join us,” said Mike Scott, Matt Scott Racing Holiday Toy Drive Coordinator.
If you would like to make a monetary donation to support the purchasing of toys for this year’s distribution, checks can be made payable to the Amador County Community Foundation and dropped off to Kevin Barnett at The Mountain Merchant.
