One Way Traffic Controls on Hwy 4, 12, 26, 49 for Caltrans Work

Calaveras County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various operations next week on State Routes 4, 12, 26, and 49.

Work is scheduled as follows:
Route 4
• One-way traffic control from Stallion Way to Angel Oaks Drive for crack sealing
beginning Monday, March 7, through Tuesday, March 8, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control from Horseshoe Drive to Meko Drive for tree work
beginning Monday, March 7, through Friday, March 11, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control from Arnold Byway to Henry Street/Lilac Street for utility
work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022.
• One-way traffic control at Boards Crossing Road for highway construction
beginning Monday, March 7, through Friday, March 11, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m.
Route 12
• One-way traffic control from Chestnut Street to Cosgrove Creek for utility work
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022.
Route 26
• One-way traffic control at Sandy Gulch Road for highway construction

beginning Sunday, March 6, through Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 10:00 p.m.
to 7:00 a.m.
Route 49
• One-way traffic control from Cherokee Creek to Dear Creek Road for drainage
work from 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 6, until 6:00 a.m. on Friday, March 11,
2022.
• One-way traffic control from the Vista Point at New Melones Reservoir to Six Mile
Creek for crack sealing beginning Wednesday, March 9, through Friday, March
11, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control at Ramorini Lane for drainage work beginning Sunday,
March 6, through Friday, March 11, 2022, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 5- to10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever
possible.
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic
incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction
related issues.
