Sonora, CA…***911 is currently down for those with Verizon, Teen Mobile and Frontier networks, if you need assistance from TCSO please use 209-533-5815 to reach our dispatch center*** We were recently made aware of a network outage affecting the ability of phone users with Verizon, Teen Mobile and Frontier networks to call 911.

Our office is currently working on mitigating the issue, which appears to be on the end of the carriers. We are actively working with the California Office of Emergency Services (CALOES) to find a solution to this issue.
