Korean War Veteran William Miladinovich, 87 Passed Away On December 13

Angels Camp, CA…William “Bud” Miladinovich passed away on December 13, 2015 at Doctors Hospital in Modesto California at the age of 87. Bud was a lifelong resident of Angels Camp, and resided in the home his father purchased in 1925 until his death. He was a 1945 graduate of Bret Harte High School where he was the editor of the school newspaper known as “The Bullfrog Gazette.” Bud was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and trained as a Diesel mechanic at Fort Eustis Virginia. Bud was shipped to active duty during the Korean War where he was awarded the Korean Service Medal, 2 Bronze Stars, and the United Nations Medal.

Miladinovich

When Bud returned home he married Diane Boisseranc with whom he had 5 children. He was hired by the Calaveras Cement Co. and employed as a truck driver for over 45 years before his retirement. Bud is survived by His Children; William Miladinovich, Donald Miladinovich, Elaine Lyons, and Susie Hamilton, his Grandchildren; Brad Bridges, Elizabeth Pouliot (Billy), Jennifer Ray (Ettienne), Andrea Caywood, Dianne Wulfsberg (Todd), Charley Lyons, Mia Lyons, Will Lyons, George Hamilton, Tanner Hamilton, his Great Grandchildren; Tyler and Kylie Pouliot, Ayanna and Kiona Ray, Trey, Devin, and Chloe Caywood, Addisyn, Ellisyn, and Lindyn Wulfsberg, Jackson Hamilton, and numerous Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by his daughter Elizabeth Miladinovich, his parents; William and Dorothy Miladinovich, and his sisters; Joanne Anderson, Doris Cassidy and Elaine Jorn.

Funeral Services were held Saturday December 19, 2015 at St Basil Serbian Orthodox Church in Angels Camp at 2:00pm, followed by a celebration of life at the Angels Gun Club.
