Pioneer, CA…CHP is reporting a non-injury overturned vehicle accident on Hwy 88 near Hams Station. In the Pinecrest area there is a 3 Vehicle Fender Bender at this time. Roads continue to be very icy in spots. Where the sun has hit pavement many areas are fine. But if you travel through a shaded area most areas will have an ice or snow layers as you head up the hills. Caution is your friend. Ice does not care if you have a $60,000 SUV or a $1,500 beater.
