Murphys, CA…Tuesday, January 5, marks the return of Alchemy’s annual January Beer Dinners. Every Tuesday in January, Chef Jason designs optional 4-course beer paired dinners, featuring dishes not normally seen at Alchemy paired with amazing beers. The dinner is available from 4:30-7:30 on Tuesdays. If you are interested in the special dinner, please call us for a reservation, and let us know you plan to order the dinner.

Often, changes are made up until the last minute, so we can’t always publish the menu ahead of time, but be assured that it will always be very good.

For the next few weeks, we will publish some notice, maybe the menu, or maybe a list of some of the beers that will be featured, on our blog at alchemymarket.com, and also on Alchemy’s Facebook page.
