San Andreas, CA…This morning the Board Adopted a Proclamation honoring Corporal Alan Serpa for his 23 years of service to the residents of Calaveras County as a Deputy with the Sheriff’s Office and congratulating him on his retirement. Calaveras County Sheriff Rick DiBasilio, Under Sheriff Jim Macedo & others thanked him for his service. Alan served not only his community but also his country with his military service before his career in law enforcement.
