Calaveras County Traffic Advisories for Week of June 20th

Calaveras County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various operations next week on State Routes 4, 12, 26 and 49. Route 4

• Intermittent traffic breaks in both directions from Bonanza Mine Way to Pool
Station Road for equipment transport for the Wagon Trail Realignment Project
beginning Monday, June 20, through Friday, June 24, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., and from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 21, through Friday, June
24, 2022.
• One-way traffic control at Arnold Byway for utility work beginning Monday, June
20, through Friday, June 24, 2022, from 7:00 a.m,. to 4:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control from Big Trees Village Drive to Sierra Parkway for tree
work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Route 12
• One-way traffic control at Sonny Lane for utility work from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
on Monday, June 20, 2022.
Route 26
• One-way traffic control at Hogan Dam Road for utility work beginning Thursday,
June 23, through Friday, June 24, 2022, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• One-way traffic control at Sandy Gulch Road for electrical work beginning
Tuesday, June 21, through Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00
a.m.

Route 49
• One-way traffic control from Monte Verde Street to Deer Creek Road for utility
work beginning Monday, June 20, through Friday, June 24, 2022, from 8:00 a.m.
to 3:30 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever
possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic
incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction
related issues.
