San Andreas, CA…CHP is reporting an overturned vehicle an overturned vehicle blocking the westbound lane on Mountain Ranch Road and Rocky Road. The westbound lane is blocked at this time. There is also a non-injury incident near the old cement bridge on Hwy 49 where a party in a white Dodge said another party was tailgating and honking prior to the incident. Earlier there was a vehicle off of Obyrnes Ferry and down an embankment. Let’s be careful out there…
