Sonora, CA…On 01/21/16 at about 8:45 A.M., The Tuolumne Narcotics Team (TNT), served a search warrant at the Mark Twain Apartments located at 311 Fairview Lane in Sonora, CA. Marijuana, methamphetamine, heroin, prescription pills, drug paraphernalia, one handgun and one shotgun were collected by TNT Agents during the search of the apartments. TNT Agents also located evidence relating to the sales of narcotics. Constance McGee 32 Years of Age, Justin King 35 Years of Age, and Brook Allen 21 Years of Age, were arrested. McGee, King, and Allen were booked on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of controlled substances for sale, unlawful possession of firearms, maintaining a drug house and child endangerment. They are each being held on a $30,000 bail. King was also booked on a misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor possession of narcotics warrant.

A fourth suspect identified as Stephen Proper, 31 Years of Age, remains outstanding and is wanted for the above mentioned charges. His picture is located below.
