Under the leadership of new Music Director, Alexander Mickelthwate, the 2022 season features a wide range of music from ABBA to Zappa, through Bach, Mason Bates, Beethoven, Gershwin, Sondheim, Tchaikovsky, John Williams, and an exciting new Family Fusion concert, free to youth 17 and under. From Jefferson Starship to the star cellist, Emil Miland, the talent is not to be missed.

Asiya Korepanova will make her Bear Valley debut with Clara Schumann’s piano concerto, as will Tai Murray on Tchaikovsky’s violin concerto, and Richard Glazier returns to perform Rhapsody in Blue, as a tribute to our late beloved Music Director, Michael Morgan, who passed away unexpectedly last year.

We will wrap up the season with Broadway and popular favorites at our Bear Valley Pops concert and auction luncheon. Other special guests include Hope Briggs, Zachary Gordin, Carrie Hennessey, Stars Aligned Siblings, and Ken Iisaka.
