West Point, CA…CHP is reporting a few traffic hazards this morning on local roads. On Hwy 26 and Three Cent Flat a tree was completely blocking the roadway. As of 8:21am one lane is now open. On Murphys Grade Road mud and rocks are in the westbound lane.
