Sutter Creek, CA…Cal Fire is reporting a fire at Hwy 49 and River Road in Sutter Creek. The Mill at Ampine Facility appears to be on fire. Updates to come as needed….

Update: Crews are on scene of a working structure fire at Ampine in Martell.

Please avoid the area and allow for fire personnel to work and have the space they need.
We will update you as information becomes available.

Update 1:45pm…Amador Fire Protection District has advised that there are multiple resources on scene at the structure fire at Ampine in Martell.

All of the Ampine employees have been evacuated and are accounted for. Currently there are no evacuations for surrounding areas.
