Sonora, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various operations on State Route 108 next week in Tuolumne County.
Route 108
• One-way traffic control from Helipo Road to Cascade Creek Road for highway construction beginning on Wednesday, July 6, through Thursday, July 7, from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., and from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022.
• One-way traffic control from Pigeon Flat Rest Area to Baker Station for drainage work beginning Wednesday, July 6, through Thursday, July 7 from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022.
• One-way traffic control from Hess Avenue to Peaceful Oak Road for highway construction beginning Wedneday, July 6, through Friday, July 8, 2022, from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
• One-way traffic control at Sierra Rock Road for shoulder work beginning Tuesday, July 5, through Friday, July 8, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible.
This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
