Party #1 (Viel) was driving Vehicle #1 (DODGE) in the Southbound traffic lane of State Route 49 at approximately 55 MPH when, for an unknown reason, he allowed V-1 to travel to the left and across the northbound traffic lane. V-1 then struck the wood/concrete bridge railing. V-1 traveled through the railing and off the bridge. V-1 struck and came to rest upon the south bank of San Antonio Creek.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.
