Jackson, CA…The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians is proud to support this year’s Matt Scott Racing/Amador County Sheriff’s Department Holiday Toy Drive with a $20,000 donation to help families in need in Amador County.
“The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians are proud sponsors of this year’s Holiday Toy Drive,” said Crystal Jack, CEO of Jackson Rancheria. “The Tribe is committed to coming together to support the community and we are hopeful that this contribution will make the holiday season brighter for families in need. Please consider supporting this year’s holiday toy drive if you are able to.”
The Holiday Toy Drive will take place on Saturday, December 3 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in front of Foothill Appliance in the Amador Shopping Plaza. Bring a new unwrapped toy and Santa’s helpers will collect your donation.
If you would like to make a monetary donation to support the purchasing of toys for this year’s distribution, checks can be made payable to the Amador County Community Foundation and dropped off to Kevin Barnett at The Mountain Merchant.
