Valley Springs, CA…Traffic & Bovine Update….Cow in Roadway Near Milton Rd / Jenny Lind Rd. This afternoon an animal hazard was reported at the intersection of Milton Road and Jenny Lind Road. The nature of the hazard was a cow in the roadway. At approximately 3:30 PM, authorities were alerted to the situation. A unit was assigned to the incident at 3:36 PM. It is not known at this time what action was taken to address the cow in the roadway or if any additional units were dispatched.
