Murphys, CA…Traffic Update…Mud & Rock Slide in Southbound Lane near Murphys Grade Rd / French Gulch Rd. At approximately 2:18 PM, an incident occurred at the intersection of Murphys Grade Road and French Gulch Road. The incident involved a mud, dirt, and rock slide in the southbound lane. The location of the incident is south of Upper French.

At 2:17 PM, emergency services were alerted to the situation and a unit was assigned to the incident at 2:21 PM. Another unit was also enroute to the scene. The Cordova Community Medical Center was notified, with the call being logged as number 1039.
