Sonora, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct the following road work next week on State Route 49 (SR-49) and SR-120. State Route 49, One-way traffic control from Moccasin Creek to Bear Valley Road (Mariposa County) for shoulder work beginning Monday, February 13, through Friday, February 17, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. State Route 120, One-way traffic control at Wards Ferry Road for utility work on Friday, February February, 17, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
