Arnold, CA…PG&E crews have been working hard playing whack a mole on outages throughout our coverage area. Many outages have been taken care of while new ones have been popping up. After battling through a tree into powerlines that closed Hwy 4 near Forest Meadows earlier it looks like the Twain Harte area has been hit with outages. The numbers of those out in the Mountain Ranch, Rail Road Flat, West Point & Pioneer areas continues to drop.
