San Andreas, CA…A winter storm warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for most of Calaveras County beginning 10AM Saturday, March 4 to 10AM Monday, March 6. The storm is expected to bring snow down to elevations of 1500 feet and is likely to cause road delays and closures. Travel during this time could be very difficult to impossible with the potential for prolonged road closures.
Calaveras County Health and Human Services Agency announces the opening of a warming center. Details are as follows:
