Valley Springs, CA… Mr. Robert Eldon Gibbs 1938 ~ 2023. Mr. Robert Eldon Gibbs. April 27, 1938 ~ February 13, 2023. 84 Years Old. Robert “Bob” Eldon Gibbs, 84, of Valley Springs, CA went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2023. Bob was born on April 27, 1938 to Dewey and Mildred Gibbs in Paducah, TX.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty Gibbs, four children; Danny (Leesha) Gibbs of Manteca, CA, Connie (Dave) Remis of Oakdale, CA, Bobby (Gina) Cooney of Manteca, CA and Scotty Gibbs of Valley Springs, CA, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, twin brother James Weldon Gibbs of Loomis, CA, sister Charlene Mullins of Lincoln, CA, many nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Merlin Gibbs, and sister Norma Horton. He will be dearly missed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. He will be laid to rest at the Sacramento Valley VA National Cemetery, Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 2:00 P.M.
