Jackson, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has the following work scheduled next week in Amador County. State Route 49 • One lane will be closed for utility potholing from Schober Avenue to Marcucci Lane in Jackson from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning Monday, April 10, through Friday, April 14, 2023. • The southbound lane will be closed at Kennedy Mine Road in Martell for bridge work from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning Sunday, April 9, through Wednesday, April 12, 2023. Motorists are advised to expect 5-minute delays and use alternate routes if possible.
