Jackson, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has the following work scheduled next week in Amador County. State Route 49 • One lane will be closed for utility potholing from Schober Avenue to Marcucci Lane in Jackson beginning Monday, April 17, through Friday, April 21, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • One lane will be closed at Fuller Lane in Jackson for slide removal beginning Wednesday, April 19, through Friday, April 21, 2023, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Motorists are advised to expect 5-minute delays and use alternate routes if possible.
