San Andreas, CA…Mrs. Deanna Carmen Brown October 15, 1937 ~ April 18, 2023 (age 85). Deanna C. Brown (Dinco), passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 85. She was born on October 15, 1937, in Portola, CA, daughter to the late Bortolo (Bert) and Antonia Lucia (Lucy) Dinco. Deanna was a longtime resident of San Andreas, CA, and a graduate of Calaveras High School. A little after graduating, she married Buddy Brown in 1956. She began her career at San Andreas Post Office where she worked 25 years to retirement. In her retired years, she volunteered at Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital for 23 years, where she could always be seen with a smile on her face, spreading joy to everyone she greeted. In her pastime, she enjoyed being outdoors in her yard and daily walks.

Deanna was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a friend to many and adored by those who knew her in the community. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles (Buddy) Brown, sister Yolanda Mosbaugh of Arnold, her two sons Michael (Mick) Brown and Charles (Rick) Brown and their families. She leaves behind four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. As well as other family and friends.
