Camp Connell, CA…A 28 year old Santa Cruz man was driving his Toyota eastbound on Highway 4 west of Black Springs Road at 25 mph. A Granite Bay man was driving Honda westbound on Highway 4 approaching the Toyota’s location at 25-30 miles per hour.

The Santa Cruz man lost control of his Toyota and applied the brakes. The Toyota entered the westbound lane into the Honda’s path. The right side of The Toyota collided with the front of the Honda. Both vehicles came to a stop north of Highway 4. All parties waited for CHP and emergency personnel to arrive at the collision scene.

Two of the parties in the vehicles sustained minor injuries and were taken to Mark Twain Medical Center

Alcohol and or Drugs was not a factor in this collision.
