San Andreas, CA…Calaveras Community TV is located in San Andreas, CA. We are a non-profit organization which helps facilitate the local studio and air original community programming to your home. The goals for PEG Access Television are to promote free speech, foster diverse points of view, encourage communications, create opportunities, encourage artistic expression, expand educational access, and promote participatory democracy in order to strengthen the spirit of the communities and enrich the lives of our residents and visitors.
