Bear Valley, CA….In a couple of weeks Caltrans crews will start their work on opening the mountain passes for another summer season. On Ebbetts Pass they will need more than a snow blower as the pictures below from the Wagner Family from yesterday. They were snowmobiling in the high country and these pictures were taken just past Cadillac Curve.
