Angels Camp, CA…(Frogtown, USA)…The 39th Agricultural District Association is excited to announce the young girls participating in this year’s Miss Calaveras and Saddle Queen competitions. Taking the stage on Thursday May 19 at 8 P.M. for Miss Calaveras will be Macy Breaux (Bret Harte), Hailey Long (Calaveras), Brighton Hamari (Bret Harte), Emma Hampton (Calaveras), Makayla Ruthrauff (Calaveras), and Sierra Stackpole (Calaveras).

Competing that same day in the Arena at 2 P.M. for the Saddle Queen competition will be: Callie Fischer (Calaveras), Christa Gillio (Calaveras), Gracie Granam (Bret Harte), Melanie Nelson (Bret Harte), and Samantha Smith (Bret Harte).

The Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee will be held May 19-22, 2016 and will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the world record-setting jump of Rosie the Ribiter made in 1986 and jockeyed by Lee Guidici of San Jose. More information is available at www.frogtown.org
