Valley Springs, CA…Daryl Everett Gleason February 11, 1951 – November 18, 2023. A lifelong resident of Valley Springs. Calaveras High graduate. A longstanding member of The ARC of Amador and Calaveras counties, community for the disabled. Retired stocking clerk for Mar-val with 23 years of service. Hobbies included caring for farm animals, fishing, archery, and martial arts where he achieved a black belt in Tae Kwon Do awarded to him during an exhibition at the 1984 Los Angeles Special Olympics.

Son of Jerold and Luella Gleason, brother to Dennis Gleason and Jerold -Micky- Gleason; who have also passed. He is survived by his sister Naomi Lovejoy and her Son Daniel Lovejoy. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM at Double Springs Cemetery on Friday, December. 8th; all are welcome.
