Arnold, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will temporarily close State Route 108 East (Sonora Pass) to traffic at Kennedy Meadows due to storm conditions, beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. The California Department of Transportation will also temporarily close State Route 4 (Ebbetts Pass) and State Route 89 (Monitor Pass) to traffic due to storm conditions, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
