World Pro Ski Tour Returns to Bear Valley Feb.17th-18th

Bear Valley, CA…The World Pro Ski Tour (WPST) will return to Bear Valley Mountain Resort in California on February 17th-18th, for a weekend of professional ski races. The Bear Valley Tour stop will feature three professional dual slalom races (two Open Category and one Women’s race) over the course of the weekend in the High Sierras.

“We are thrilled to continue our 2024 season at Bear Valley,” said Jon Franklin, CEO of the World Pro Ski Tour. “Bear Valley Resort is steeped in ski racing history, having hosted Pro races with Jean Claude Killy, Spider Sabich and Pro-Ams with Hollywood celebrities, along with breeding top World Cup athletes, such as Lauberhorn winner, Kyle Rasmussen.”

Feb 17: Pro Race Qualifiers (Men & Women), 10am Feather Duster Run
Feb 17: Far West Pro Open (Open Category) 12:30pm Feather Duster Run
Feb 18: Bear Valley Pro Open (Open Category), 11am Feather Duster Run
Feb 18: Sports Insurance Classic (Women’s Race), 11am Feather Duster Run

The WPST Bear Valley race weekend will feature three classic dual races that include both ‘Open Category’ races where men and women can race in the same bracket for the same prize money and one ‘Women’s Category’ race, exclusively for female competitors.
