Jackson, CA…Join UCCE Master Food Preservers on Saturday, March 16th, and we’ll show you how a pressure canner works. Build your confidence in pressure canning by watching the entire process. Learn the multiple safety features included on every modern canner and compare a variety of canner types. Do you know when you need to use a pressure canner and why? Don’t risk a case of botulism because you didn’t practice safe canning.
