Calaveras County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control at various locations for utility and shoulder work on State Route 49 (SR-49) in Calaveras County. Work will occur as follows: On northbound and southbound SR-49 from Bellview Street to Murray Creek in San Andreas. Crews will begin work Monday, April 18, 2016, through Tuesday, April 19, 2016, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. On northbound and southbound SR-49 from Copello Drive to San Domingo Creek near Angels Camp. Crews will begin work Tuesday, April 19, 2016, through Friday, April 22, 2016, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

Work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials and construction related issues.
